What if you could help support local businesses AND raise money for your organization just by having a great meal?

Meals for Moolah makes fundraising simple.  On a selected date and time, a percentage of food and beverage sales will be donated to your non-profit organization from one of our Restaurant Partners.  The more people who dine on behalf of your organization, the more that you earn!

The program is available to all local non-profits such as schools, churches, youth groups, and other 501(c)3 organizations.  

Not only can you raise money for your organization and help boost business at local restaurants, setting up the event is a piece of cake (food pun intended).  We'll take care of all the details!

Does your organization have 501(c)3 status?
Preferred Participating Restaurants (can check all that apply or leave blank).

We will be in touch with you regarding specifics on restaurant choice, dates, and additional details.  Form submission is not a guarantee of a fundraising event reservation.  All events must be set up no later than 4 weeks in advance of the preferred event date.

Note: Restaurants are currently being finalized and will be released in early 2021.  To get priority notifications, please fill out the form to be contacted or slotted into the calendar.

 
The Nitty Gritty
  1. All requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance of the preferred event date.  Dates are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.  Some exclusions (including holidays) may apply and differ based on each participating restaurant.  (See Participating Restaurants for details.)  

  2. A Meals for Moolah Event Coordinator will get back to you with confirmation of your event dates.

  3. In addition, you will receive marketing materials to advertise your event including an electronic flyer and social templates.  The more you promote the event, the more money you can earn! (Please note that there is no soliciting of customers on-premise during your event. 

  4. We will also send you reminder emails leading up to the event to help it stay top of mind.

  5. You will be contacted via email with your donation earnings amount within 5-7 business days after the event.  You will receive a check directly from the restaurant with your donation within 4-6 weeks after the event.

*Organization must have valid 501(c)3 status to participate in Meals for Moolah program. 

COVID-19 Notes

In order to provide a safe fundraising experience for all organization guests and restaurant partners, additional regulations may be in place and/or may be subject to change based on guidelines put forth by the State of Illinois.  Some restaurant partners may have modified event options during this time.  Event organizers will be made aware of any changes to original event details prior to the event.
